Arthur Turner was born on Sunday September 26, 1948. He was the best friend and a beloved husband to his wife Joanne Turner and a loving father to Brian Turner. He worked for the Uniform Fire Fighters Association and worked very hard. He was a devout Christian and loved his family very much. He loved to go on walks and always had a big smile on his face. Everyone loved him. He is survived by his wife, son, loving siblings, Patrica, Mildred, John, and many nieces and nephews.
