Dorothy Proietti

Dorothy was born in Brooklyn and moved to Staten Island in 1970. She worked as a doctor's receptionist and homemaker. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Tommy (2005) , her daughter, Carol (2018) and her grandson Lucas Peterson.. Dorothy was a warm, loving and generous person. She always welcomed friends and family into her home. Her many talents included crocheting, sewing, and cooking. Dorothy exemplified good manners and etiquette.She enjoyed card games, watching Jeopardy, and playing Pokeno.
Dorothy's residence at the The Brielle was highlighted by her organization of a Rosary Prayer Group. Her family loved her deeply and will miss her dearly. She is survived by her daughters, Camille and Marie and by her son, Thomas. Her grandchildren: Ray, Tommy, Kristel, Nicole, Michael, Alex, Anthony, Vinny, and her great grandchildren: Jason, Jesse, Kyna, and Sofia
