Born to Joseph and Josephine Tawil, on April 7, 1929 in Aleppo, Syria, He was one of 14 children! He enjoyed playing soccer and tennis with his siblings before embarking on trip to Nigeria, West Africa where he would call home for over 50 years. Edmond was was self employed and was heavily involved in charity work with Rotary International during his years in Africa and eventually was appointed to the rank of President for his endless time and monetary contributions to the different organizations. He also traveled to Lebanon where he would meet the love of his life and together they started a family while embarking on their endless adventures for over 58 years of marriage. In his later years, Edmond enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and close family. Edmond is survived by his eldest son, Gus, his daughter Maya and his youngest son Fadi. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren, Ella, Alexandra, Christopher and Damian. Also by his two daughters in law Courtney and Nancy and the many nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters.
