Elvira Giuffre, of Staten Island, New York, passed away on December 28, 2025, leaving behind a family forever shaped by her love.

Elvira—known and cherished by all as Nonna—was the heart and anchor of our family. She lived for her husband, her children, her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren, giving endlessly of herself and expecting nothing in return. Her home was a place of comfort, laughter, tradition, and unconditional love. If you needed guidance, reassurance, or simply to feel safe, Nonna was always there.

She was a devoted wife, a loving mother to four children, a proud grandmother to ten grandchildren, and a cherished great-grandmother to nine great-grandchildren. Each generation was blessed by her presence, her strength, and her unwavering devotion.

Nonna taught us the meaning of family through the way she lived every day—with patience, sacrifice, and boundless love. Though our hearts are broken, we are grateful for the lifetime of memories she gave us. Her love will continue to guide us, and her spirit will live on in all of us.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
