Francis Norris

Francis J. Norris (nickname Sonny), 88, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2021.

Francis (Sonny) was a man of amazing strength, character, and faith all of which were exemplified throughout his life with his words and actions to all the lives he touched.  He lived his life according to his convictions with great dedication and love. The love of his life Edna and their friendship together is an outstanding testament of their 67 year love story.

Francis dedicated his life to his wonderful wife and their commitment to each other in raising their family. He was not a man of many words but when he did speak it had a profound impact on his wife and children. A man of few words but a man of so many “hysterically” funny comments. His wit and delivery was just comical and one of the secrets of their beautiful marriage. A marriage only a few will get the chance to see in their lifetime.

He will be missed tremendously by his family. The earth lost a beautiful human but heaven has gained a fantastic new angel who will light up the world above.
Keep smiling with those beautiful blues, DAD... you will be sorely missed by all of us. We will NEVER forget your fun, beautiful smile DAD!! Your amazing wit, strength of character, your perfect example and your pure unconditional LOVE.

Francis was the beloved husband of Edna (née; Lawrence), Vicki  (Howard) Thompson, Robert (Susan), Gary (Patricia), Donna (Scott) Kereste, Michael (Candace), Carol (Joseph) Smith and Jean (Dino) Vitti.  Loving Grandfather to 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren
