Owner of Rosann’s Florist and Garden Center in Dongan Hills from 1979–1995, Ginny was an amazing floral designer who took pride in every floral piece she created for any occasion. She also worked at Country Collections Furniture Store and enjoyed helping her customers. In addition, she was a devoted homemaker and the loving mother of four children, grandmother of six, and great-grandmother of one.
She loved antique collecting and enjoyed trips to Atlantic City, where she played her favorite game, Joker Poker, especially when she went with her best friend, Barbara.
Above all, she cherished spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her two sisters, Janet Baumann and Valerie Nielsen; her sister-in-law, Annette Eadicicco; her brother-in-law, Charlie; and her nieces and nephews and many cousins. She is also survived by her son Greg and his children, Gregory and Roseann; her son Frankie and his children, Ashley and Samantha, and her great-grandson, Kye; and her daughter Elizabeth Fresca-Guli, her son-in-law Joey Guli, and their children, Joseph and Joliana.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sally Deignan Tower; her father, William Tower; and her beautiful firstborn daughter, Rosann Fresca.
