John "Jack" Cole

John “Jack” Cole. 64, passed away on July 21, 2026.

Jack was born in Brooklyn, New York then moved to Staten Island and grew up in Princes Bay. For the last thirteen years, he has been living in Tottenville with his spouse.

Jack enjoyed playing golf and he loved the ocean, music, and Saturday morning cartoons. He was a NY Jets, NY Mets, and NY Rangers fan. Every animal was Jack’s friend. He loved an adventure and there was never a dull moment around him. He was the life of the party always! Jack had many friends and was loved by all.

Jack was pre-deceased by his parents, William and Joan Cole and his sister Janet Cole. He is survived by his spouse, Michelle Kaplan; Daughter, Gabrielle and her partner MC Robinson; brother, William F. Cole and his wife Judy Cole; Sisters, Theresa Masella, MaryBeth Cole, Patricia McCarthy and her husband Matthew McCarthy; four nephews; and many great nieces/great nephews.
