Joseph Bartoloni

Joe Bartoloni, 69, passed away on April 25, 2025 due to complications of early onset Alzheimer’s.

Joe was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 17, 1955 to the late Frank and Dina Bartoloni. Joe worked as a Global management consultant in the financial services industry. He was also an active member in his community, he was part of the Pleasant Plains Civic Association, Community Board 3, Toastmasters, Knights of Columbus, as well as a volunteer at Our Lady Star of the Sea.

Joe coached kids sports, played the guitar and the accordion. Everywhere he went, he made cherished connections and made new friends. He would do anything for the people he loved, and had an endless curiosity. Joe never took himself or anything too seriously.

He is survived by his wife Laurie; son Matthew and daughter-in-law Yanira; daughter Kristen and son-in-law Cody; his grandchildren Gabriella, Juliana, Alexander, Grace, and Jack; his brother Frank; sister-in-law Elena; niece Erica and nephews, Bobby and Christopher.

He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Our family is indebted to the entire staff of Sunrise of New Dorp for their love and care for Joe for the last three years.
