Joseph passed away peacefully at home with his loving family on November 13, 2019. He was the devoted husband to the late Elizabeth LaRocco. He is survived by his daughters, Joanne LaRocco DiJoseph and Christine Thiro, son-in-law William Thiro; grandchildren, Nicholas, Christine, Nicolette, Alexa; Sisters, Joan Manna and Theresa McCann and many loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters, Louise Averaimo and Maryann Darcy.
Joe was a valued employee for 50 years at Virginia Dare Extract Company. Family was most important to Joe. He loved being with his grandchildren. Anyone who met him instantly loved him. Family dinners with his grandchildren and traveling with his family were his favorite things to do. He will be greatly missed by all.
