Joseph Manzione

Joseph A. Manzione, 58, died on March 8, 2017. A native of Staten Island, N.Y., he graduated from New Dorp High School in 1977, and was a retired corrections officer.
His tremendous sense of humor was always enjoyed by his family. He will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Joseph enjoyed bowling and playing golf and was a lifelong fan of the NY Rangers and the NY Yankees.
He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph Manzione (2012) and Margaret Manzione (2016).
He is survived by his children, Joseph, Robert and Christine Manzione; his siblings, Vincent Manzione and Doreen Manzione-Dell'Olio, and his companion, Anjelica Shimer.
He was loving grandfather to Eyva and Riley and the beloved uncle to Nicole, Danny, Jenna, Melissa, Katlynn, and great-uncle to Michael.
Funeral from the Bedell-Pizzo Funeral Home is on Monday at 9 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann's RC Church at 10 a.m. Cremation will be private. Friends may visit on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m.
