Joseph C. Mendolia

Joseph Mendolia, 95, passed away on September 7, 2024 at Staten Island University Hospital North of a stroke.

Joseph was born in Queens, New York, then moved to Staten Island and resided in Rossville for thirty years.  Joseph was self employed. He was a high school graduate and played baseball and basketball. All of his life he was an avid Yankee fan. He and his wife, Dolores loved to go out dining and dancing, and loved to travel.  Joseph was a parishioner of St. Joseph- St. Thomas parish.

Joseph and Dolores especially loved to spend as much time with their grandchildren and great grandchildren as possible.  

Joseph is survived by his loving wife of forty-nine years, Dolores Mendolia; children, Joseph Mendolia, Gail Tedeschi, Audie Parker; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; sister, Lila.
