Formerly of Staten Island
June Amundsen, 68, passed away peacefully at home on May 26, 2018.
June was born in Queens N.Y., moved to Staten Island as a child, and then moved to New Jersey 15 years ago. She loved the beach, cruising and traveling.
June is survived by her son, James Jr. (Danielle) Amundsen; her daughters, Dawn Amundsen and Beth Scalafani; her sister, Nancy Bartolino (Gerald), and her grandchildren, Nicholas and Christopher Scalafani and Mia Amundsen.
Funeral is from Bedell-Pizzo Funeral Home on Thursday at 9:15 a.m. Funeral service is 10 a.m. at St Albans Episcopal Church. Interment is in Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may visit Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
