Kris Carl Aaman

Kris Carl Aaman, 56, formerly of Tottenville Staten Island, passed away November 8, 2025. Born April 16, 1969, to George and Nancy Aaman, he was a happy loving soul and a cherished friend to all that knew him.

Kris' greatest happiness came from spending time with his family and friends. He will be profoundly missed.

With his humor and smile, Kris could light up a room with laughter. He found joy in the simple things in life - spending time outdoors, camping, fishing, playing games with his brother. He was kind and gentle and always there to lend a helping hand to anyone that needed it.

He was a proud New Yorker at heart and an avid sports fan who loved cheering for his cherished New York Yankees and the New York Giants.

Kris is survived by his daughter, Kristin Nancy who was the absolute light of his life. He is also survived by his sisters Kari Aaman and Kim O'Brien (Robert) and his brothers Kurt Aaman (Veronica) and Kyle Aaman. Nieces and nephers Kaitlin Aaman Millett, Michael Aaman, Robert O'Brien and Juliana O'Brien.

As we remember Kris, we carry forward his love of life, laughter and the importance of family. We are forever grateful for the time we shared with such a wonderful man. He will be deeply missed but his spirit will always remain in our hearts.
