Linda Geloso, 76, of Staten Island, New York, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2026.

Born on March 29, 1950, Linda lived a life centered on love, family, and creativity. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose kindness and unwavering love touched everyone who knew her.

Linda shared 54 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Frank, whose love and partnership were the foundation of their family. She was the cherished mother of Michael and David, and a loving mother-in-law to Barbara and Francesca.

Her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren, Jacqueline, Nicole, Jennifer, and Frank, who brought her endless happiness and pride. She was preceded in death by her beloved granddaughter, Victoria Ann, in 2001, whom she carried in her heart always.

Linda is also survived by her brother, Ronald Nigro, and his wife, Yvonne; her brother-in-law, Giuseppe Geloso; her sisters-in-law, Maria Basile, Fifetta Gelardi, and Sasa Geloso; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will deeply miss her.

A woman of many talents and interests, Linda was an avid reader who found joy within the pages of countless books. She was also a gifted writer and proudly authored two novels. She loved listening to music and treasured the simple moments spent with those she loved most.

Linda will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her strength, her creativity, and the unconditional love she gave so freely to her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

May she rest in eternal peace.
