Lorraine E. Haberstroh

Lorraine Haberstroh, 77, of Staten Island, New York, passed away on September 24, 2025.

She was the devoted wife of 53 years to Frederick Haberstroh, and the loving mother of Frederick Haberstroh and his wife Barbara, Correne Stabile and her husband Anthony, and Eric Haberstroh and his wife Lyndsey. She was the proud Nanny of Emily, Molly, and Kaitlyn Haberstroh; Nicholas and Vanessa Stabile; and Lily and Logan Haberstroh.

Lorraine’s life was filled with family, life long friendships, and her love of watching the sunrise. She loved attending her grandchildren’s school and sporting events or playing Yahtzee with them. When not with family she could be found at her favorite slot machine in Atlantic City, sitting in the backyard reading a book or laying in her chickie in Aruba. Above all, she valued every moment with her family, creating lasting memories of warmth and fun.

Lorraine will be remembered for her ability to talk to anyone, her humor, and the way she made everyone feel at home. Her legacy of love will live on through her family and all who were blessed to know her.
