Maria Salmeri

Maria Salmeri, aged 87, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2024. She was born on January 10, 1937 in Messina, Sicily to Francesco and Francesca Farina.

Maria Salmeri was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, great grandmother, and beloved friend. She touched the lives of many with her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is reunited in eternal peace with her beloved husband, Francesco, who preceded her in death. Together, they shared a bond of love and companionship that will endure in memory.

Maria Salmeri is survived by her children: Concetta Gagliano and Francesca Ferro, who were the center of her world. She was a source of constant love, support, and guidance to her family, and her legacy of compassion and strength will live on through them.

Maria Salmeri was adored by her grandchildren: Concetta Addessi and Frank Comparato, Joseph Gagliano, Melissa and Rossini St. Louis, Gabriella Ferro, Michael G. Ferro and great-grandchildren: Nicholas Torres, Thomas Addessi, Giuliana Addessi, Axl St. Louis and Ben St. Louis. She took immense joy in their presence and leaves behind fond memories that will be cherished for generations to come.
