Paul Vroome

Paul A. Vroome, 65, of Tottenville, passed away peacefully at home from natural causes on July 7, 2017.
A native Staten Islander, he worked as a child supervisor at Mount Loretto for 25 years.
Paul graduated from Tottenville High School and earned his bachelor's degree in English from St. John's University. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and writing stories.
Paul was predeceased by his father, Donald, and his brother, David.
He is survived by his mother, Beverly; brother, Brian; sister-in-law, Janice, one niece and three nephews.
Funeral Home Service is at Bedell-Pizzo Funeral Home Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment is in Moravian Cemetery.
Friends may visit Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
