Peter P. Capretta, 63, passed away on October 12, 2025 surrounded by his loving family.
Peter was born in Brooklyn, New York, then moved to Staten Island as a child. He graduated from St. Joseph by the Sea High School. Growing up, Peter loved playing baseball and especially loved Sunday dinner with his family.
He was a self-employed Uber Driver. He enjoyed hanging out with and watching football with his buddies, Fay and Vinny, whose families he was also very close to.
Peter is pre-deceased by his parents, Steven and Frances; and his brothers, Stephen and Christopher.
He is survived by his children, Julianne, Peter, Anthony; his brother, Jeffrey; Aunt Pat, Uncle Nick and many nieces and nephews.
