Robert Mills

Robert M. Mills, 76, died on Nov. 12, 2016, in Richmond University Medical Center after a long term illness.
Robert was born in Staten Island. He then lived in Nevada for 14 years and returned to New York in 1995.
Robert worked for Scaran Oil, retiring in 1981. He loved fishing and being with his family and his puppies
He was a veteran, serving in the Coast Guard and Marines.
His wife, Margit Haddock Mills, died in 1990. He is survived by his daughters, Valerie, Margit, Katrina, and Cynthia; brother, Thomas; sisters, Doris and Mickey; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
There will be memorial visitation at Bedell-Pizzo Funeral Home on Wednesday from 3 to 6 p.m. with a memorial service at 4:30 p.m.
