Theodore J. Wallen, 73, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2022, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 22, 1948 on Staten Island to Theodore and Marie (Covell) Wallen and graduated from Tottenville H.S. He worked for New York Bell/Verizon for 37 years. He loved playing softball and played on Rocco's softball team in the Smith League. The highlight of his softball career was winning the Black Sox Championship. He most enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren's sports games including baseball, basketball, gymnastics,T-Ball, and so on.
Theodore was pre-deceased by his son, Jeffrey. He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Pamela; his loving children, Theodore (Tracey), Matthew (Melissa), Arthur Velez (Janice); his cherished grandchildren, Olivia, Jaxon, Jayden, Steven, Jason; his dear sisters, MaryAnn Heddle (Hank), Jean Kruckeberg; brothers-in-law, Arne (Liisa), Mark (Chari), Paul (Judy), Michael (Kris); sisters-in-law, Deborah (Jim), Patricia (Charles), Marguerite (James).
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Tunnel To Towers, in Theodore's name would be appreciated.
