Norma Sullivan, age 79, died on December 3, 2025 in Pennsylvania.
Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, she was the last of eight children born to the late Edward and Marjorie Sullivan. After relocating to Sayreville, NJ, in 1992, she became a devout parishioner of St. Stanislaus Kostka, where she also taught CCD.
After graduating with a degree in English from Notre Dame College of Staten Island in 1968, she taught both English and French before working for the United States Customs, from which she retired in 2011. She loved the San Francisco Giants, The Beatles, Coca-Cola, and most of all, her beloved dog, Timmy.
Norma was predeceased by her siblings Eunice Grimaldi, Mercedes Walsh, Edward Sullivan, Robert Sullivan, James Sullivan, Carolyn Quinn, and Marjorie Sullivan.
She is survived by her two children, Anthony Rhoades and Ursula Puglia, her son-in-law Peter, and her granddaughters Julia and Gemma Puglia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, mass cards are preferred by the family.
